Vista produces a warning when a Receiver# is applied to the same PO/Item number more than once, this prevents duplicate entry errors. The same warning is not produced in the portal and as a result we have seen duplicate receiver# entered in error. We have had to develop a customised notifier in Vista to inform when this happens. However prevention would be 100 time better than rectification after the error has been alowed to happen.

This has started to impact us as well. We need to be able to prevent users from entering a duplicate receiver #
Example attached of the notifier that is produced after a duplicate receiver# is processed to the same PO and item number. Our preference is to not need this notifier by preventing duplicate entries at the data entry point.
