The QUICK PO feature is great to reserve a PO out in the Field. However, to create the Reserved PO number, the workflow on the Portal can be out of sequence ... because it requires the user to ATTACH a photo BEFORE creating the Reserved PO Number. However, 9 times out of 10, the user needing the RESERVED PO number will not have a vendor invoice to attach until AFTER they provide the RESERVED PO number to the supplier.
One option would be to add a hyperlink to the QUICK PO portal enabling the user to jump to the PO Dashboard and edit the RESERVED PO to attach a photo of the invoice/packing slip/etc..
Another option would be to just enable the user to EDIT the QUICK PO on the screen and re-submit ... prior to clearing the Form.

A few releases back we added the functionality that allows a use to be able to add a photo to their PO Quick Create after they have reserved the PO number from the same PO Quick Create screen. Have you tried this feature out yet and will it meet your needs?
