We have about 150 admin tasks that various office staff need to complete during the onboarding process. From our ATS/Onboarding demo today, it looks like this is built into ATS through Stages/Tasks, but is not in Onboarding. Can you PLEASE replicate this functionality for Onboarding? While ATS/Onboarding will help us streamline our process, the hardest piece to manage/monitor is the status of all the tasks required internally to bring a new employee on.
As a workaround, is it possible to continue to manage an employee in ATS/stages/admin tasks once they have been initialized to Vista for onboarding?

Hey Mark - We talked about this yesterday, but I wanted to capture the feedback here. We did as you suggested and created 3 Admin Only Custom Tasks. The 3 Custom Tasks correspond to our 3 phases of onboarding (pre-orientation, orientation and post-orientation) and contain 67 tasks and involve 8 people. As one of the people who have onboarding tasks in each of the phases, I am finding it very inefficient to not have visibility into the tasks I still need to do for all the new hires in the various stages of onboarding. I have to click in and out of each new hire and the 3 associated Custom Tasks to see if I have stuff left to do for them. Is there someway to improve visibility into outstanding tasks (or do we need to build a custom SSRS dashboard) or can you incorporate some workflow?

We don't have different stages in Onboarding like we do in ATS, but we have a few options you can try. We do have the option to create one Admin Template per Onboarding Profile which can be assigned in the Manage Profile option on the Hire Process Builder page. We also have the option to create Admin Only templates or template items which will only be view able by your Onboarding Admins or Hiring Managers. To set these up, just make all of your template items Admin Only in the advanced options of each item and then assign that task to the Onboarding Profile.
