Right now, all equipment, active and inactive show on the Field Management App Which makes no sense, and would be nice if automatically it didnt show up on the app. I think it would also be neat if We could choose what equipment We want to show on the app as well. For example all foreman trucks are tied to the foreman, so the usage of the truck is already being tracked by that employees hours. It would be nice to remove the foreman trucks so people do not pick them to have time coded and then the usage gets doubled.

You should see only Active or Down equipment in the mobile app now. We also recently added in a Mobile Data Security page where you can restrict Equipment Categories that are available in the mobile app.
