Would like the ability to have one document go to the Employee for Self Evaluation but a different document go to the Manger for the Performance Review. The way it is setup currently, we have to add the Performance Review to the Self Evaluation document. The Employee fills out the top section when they get it and after they submit it the manager gets the document and fills out the bottom part. So it ends up being 2 documents with a top part blank and the other with the bottom part blank. It would be okay if it was one document as long as the information that the employee entered on the top part would stay on the document (with their signature) when it goes to the manager. Then the manager fills out the bottom and signs it.

Everything they said! Please implement this ASAP, this is one of the major items holding us back from using this feature!
We have the same issue. We don't want to send both parts of the review to the manager. As it stands right now, we either have to send both or not be able to have the employee do a self review. It would be nice to "assign" the review template to manager, employee or both.
