With large companies, rules regarding timekeeping are often dependent on positions. Being able to see and filter timecards in the Dashboard based on position code it would create efficiencies reviewing timecards for payroll.

Hi Matt, Andrea and I have reviewed this and below are the use cases you asked for.
#1 - PR needs for better filtering/sorting by employee type for bulk actions. Not all employees within the same PR group are required to report time in the same way. We differentiate these roles using position codes in addition to PR groups but there is no way for us to easily filter out those employees that are required to submit time vs. not easily.
#2 - Managers could use this on their timecard approver lists or if you were to give them a version of the timecard dashboard with more limited permissions than a PR admin would have. Giving a means for managers to filter their employee lists to differentiate between admin, managers, estimators, sales etc.... will improve processing time and efficiency during their review.
