Agreed. Possibly give the applicant a pin (based on their email for recovery) that they could use to pickup were they left off.

Our application seems atypically long. A way for a prospect to to "pause" then return to their application would be very valuable.
Given the current labor market, we need to make it as convenient as possible for job seeks, while still doing a certain level of screening.
Agreed. Two use cases for this:
1. There are Custom Tasks that we do not need until an Applicant gets to a certain Stage, so we do not want to make them required in order to apply. We would like the applicant to be able to reenter the portal, so that he could complete optional Custom Tasks.
2. We get lots of applicant leads from employees. If we could start the application for the lead with basic information, that would get him in the system for tracking and follow up purposes. Once we contact the lead, he could enter the portal to complete his application. Otherwise we have to keep a separate spreadsheet to track leads.
