As an administrator, it would be help to be able to go into Impersonation mode, key in an employee's number and the Administrator Password and then be able to negotiate the system as that user.

This functionality is much needed. Currently the only way to troubleshoot user issues is get ahold of them and have them walk thru the issue taking up much of their time.
