We have set up our employee groups in Keystyle, however manually adding these employees is time consuming. Normally these employee groups and the approvals for these employee groups remains the same from week to week. We would like the ability to have employees cross-over once entered in Viewpoint by either their PR Job or PR Crew so that manual entry does not have to be done.

You can create employee groups today that use SQL select statement to populate the employees in each group based on almost any fields in Vista.
