The system does not notify us when a user has cancelled/deleted their time off request. We export the list from Keystyle each week to verify that all time off requests match the timecard entries and request confirmation for any discrepancies. Currently Keystyle does not throw some a notice that the time off requests don't match if they do not put their time in/out each day (i.e. salary employees) So we have to track and verify these requests. If they cancel and we are not informed then mistakes can be made or we are stuck until they have verified the discrepancy
