When creating new POs or processing Pending POs in Keystyle they are being added into Vista with 20+ spaces after the PO #. This is causing issues in the PM forms when viewing related items as the description no longer shows (see attached).
It is also preventing us from typing in that PO number into the PM Purchase Order form to open that PO and requires us to use the grid to locate it then open.

It's also causing issues in the PM Purchase Order form when the user highlights the PO in the Grid the PO Description does not show but rather "Pending PO 16011.0061 already exists." None of the POs we created in Vista do this. The only way to see the PO description is to look in the Grid but not in the Info tab view.
The same issue occurs if we list the PO in the PM Work Centre then double-click to open the PO in the PM Purchase Order form there is no Description but rather the Pending PO error.
I checked the POHD table. POs created from the Create PO and Pending PO have a space in the sql table. I checked POs created in Vista from the PM Purchase Order form which posts to the POHD table and there are no spaces in the sql table.
We do not create POs in Vista using the PO Pending Purchase Order nor the PO Purchase Order so am not sure how to accurately test it as I'm not sure how Vista assigns PO numbers since there is no Job/Project to first select.
Can you confirm this in the sql table? I understand that you don't see it on the front end. Let me know.
When we create manual POs in the PO Pending, PO Purchase Order and PM Purchase Order there are no spaces.
Hi Mercedes, this is a strange item as the spaces added are part of a vista setup. The same methods Vista uses to create a PO are used in the portal to generate the PO number. Can you confirm if your other PO numbers generated in Vista have the spaces in sql.
