How is the employee supposed to get feedback from supervisors/management if there is no way to report it out? Currently, the only information you receive is the average score of the manager's reviews. The employee review downloads quite nice and shows their answers (narrowing down which area needs improving, which area is exceeding, etc.). Most employees are looking for feedback from their superiors.

Yes, we are able to review and download the manager reviews (one item). I believe others wanted additional forms/output/follow-up for managers and I was looking for a way to not release the manager review to those that they supervise until such time the manager sits down with the employee(s).

Can we get an update on this? Also, I may put it in another Suggestion but we don't want Employees to see the Manager's review until the Finalize button is clicked, preferably by an Admin.
We used the performance review functionality this year for reviews. Our biggest issue occurred when we had multiple supervisors reviewing an employee. After a supervisor reviewed an employee, they naturally clicked "finalize," which seems to intuitively make sense from the supervisor's perspective. But this actually completely ends the review process for that employee, even if the other supervisor has not yet completed their review. Only ADMINS should be able to click finalize, once all steps are complete for an employee.
Hello, we have yet to be able to use the employee reviews because of formatting, system errors on their end. Does anyone have this feature working at all? If so I would love to speak with you. Katie.Jobe@iea.net
Is there any update on this? Our deadline is fast approaching and this is a major roadblock for using Keystyle. Thank you!
