Submit your Suggestions for Vista Web

Vista's PO notifications cannot be edited (the content currently being emailed to users is wrong for those using Keystyle as it's directing them to use the Work Centre in Vista to approve) and it's sending a separate email for every PO to our PMs for approval all day.

For AP Review, we have the option of creating our own notifications, setting the text, as well as well as how often these occur.  For POs, there is no option to disable it, edit it.  There is no chance this will get fixed in Vista for 6.19 as the suggestion box already has 17 votes but is still In Review.

So I was hoping that Keystyle could grab this key feature and make it better.  

1.  In the PO Pending list, have checkboxes to multi-select POs to be submitted for approval versus having to open each one then Submit separately.  This will allow our users to enter POs throughout the day, have them printed and emailed to vendors, then submit them all at once.

2.  Have the notifications group the emails by the Approver on an hourly basis (or daily or whichever we setup in the portal) so the Approver gets one list of all their project POs they need to approve.  List must show Project, PO #, Description, Vendor and Amount.

3.  Biggest wish:  Make the list of PO numbers a hyperlink so they can open that particular PO to approve.  This will help POs get approved quicker if they scan the list and see which one is most urgent.

If our PMs start to get 10+ emails throughout the day it's not going to make this easier for them and clutter up their inbox.
