Show "Field Mode" on Menu Bar when Logged into Field Mode

When a user logs into "Field Mode*", it would be helpful if there was a visual indicator (like bright orange text in the menu bar) that tells them that they are using "Field Mode." 

 

Why this would be helpful:

  • For users in the field who are sharing their device, this visual feedback would give them peace of mind that their sensitive information is not visible in the portal.
  • For users who accidentally log into Field Mode, this could head-off troubleshooting questions like "why can't I access my timecard / benefits"?
  • For users who unintentionally log into Field Mode, this would give them a visual cue so that they can log out and log back in the normal way.

 

* - Field Mode: the setting activated by Admin > Portal Settings > Security / Log In > Log In Page > "Enable field mode login"
