We frequently have multiple phases with the same description that are differentiated by what pay item the employee works on. For example, we may have three different areas of a job that require a phase called "Setup". Right now, the user MUST know the correct phase code to know which "Setup" phase to use.
However, if the user were able to see the pay item description alongside the phase description, it would be easier for them to select the correct phase.
