W-4 in Update Info should be the same form as W-4 in onboarding

The forms are different for the onboarding function as opposed to the Update Info section. We would like consistency with both. When a current employee fills out the W-4 it should be the same as if a new hire was filling it out.

Agree! In the event of an audit, we are required to produce a copy of completed Federal and State withholding forms. It would be ideal if the application could:

    • Provided Federal and State forms for Onboarding and Employee Self Service

    • Saved the completed forms as PDFs

    • Updated the database with the appropriate changes
