Please exclude locked phase codes from the Phase Code pick list in PO Pending Purchase orders or make it display a warning that the phase code is locked and the order will not process. Otherwise the users have no idea why their POs are not processing.

Hi team,
By default disabled phase codes are disabled and won't appear in the portal. The exception to this is is the Include Phase Master phases portal setting is selected. If this portal setting is on, then the phase will always show up. Please check this portal setting. If you continue to see disabled phase codes, please send a ticket to support@keystyledata.com or log it in clearview.
