We have each of our corporate credit cards set up as a CM Account so that we can reconcile and track credit cards transactions easily. We also keep track of these transactions and post to individual vendors to easily be able to research transactions later. This doesn't work currently with the credit card/expense reporting system. We need access to our list of AP Vendors to be able to select, not just note in the import file, maybe being able to select from a drop down once the transactions are uploaded.
Also being able to select the CM account associated with the card, not the AP Vendor. AP Vendor works for us for expenses, not credit cards.
CM Account = Credit Card
AP Vendor = Individual Transactions (selected per transaction and posted as individual transactions per vendor)
