I contacted support but was asked to create a suggestion as the report is by design. For some of our contracts, there are 2 "Grand Totals" for the one contract. As well, we have phases appearing in multiple sections and the contract items are also repeating.
When we include this report with our bill, the client has to manually add up the 2 grand totals to get the accurate grand total and is not able to see the total for the one phase
Attached is how 1 of our contracts appears. I will either need to create a customized report or use the reports from Vista.

Thanks you for the clarification Michael. It's not working properly with our data as the Contract Items go 1 then 3 then 5, then a subtotal, then 2, 3 again, then 4 and then a second subtotal. It does not total by Job. It should be Job > Contract Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 then the phases.

I was hoping to avoid having to create customized report. Is the report designed to print by Contract > Phase > Detail? If so, it's not currently working properly for us.
