It would be awesome if the portal integrated the ability to dispatch SM Work Orders to service techs using the SM Dispatch Board. There are a few 3rd party applications that do this currently but I think it would make sense for Viewpoint to have its own solution. If GPS mapping could be integrated with this as well (especially by integrating with some Trimble products...) it would be incredibly useful as well.
