Currently, hard closed contracts are not included on the Open Billing Review. Since receipt of AR items is independent of the JC Contract status, we would like the ability to show open billings for all contract statuses. Our Project Managers keep watch of what isn't being paid on jobs as well as our AR Team. If a contract is closed yet the AR is outstanding, those are the most important items that need to be viewed on the Open Billing Review page.

Agree - and have voted for other similar suggestions on here as well. FYI, if your customer has a credit balance on a hard closed job - it won't show up on the open billing review either.
Totally agree with this suggestion, and also that "credit" invoices show on the Open Billing Review.
I agree wholeheartedly. This tool is almost worthless since it does not agree to the AR Aging Report. Let it pull from closed jobs so that we can actually use it!
I'd also like to tag onto this idea to allow for retainage to be included in the Open Billing Review page.
