We can have hundreds of lines with different phase codes and a hundred employees. Need a total line for each employee for weekly total. Like Field Time had.

If you have employees entering time on multiple timecard, you should see a consolidated view on the Timecard Approval page which allows approvers to review and approve employees time easier.

Hi Mark ��� Hope all is well. Yes, we do like this feature. I have an additional request with it though. It would be extra beneficial if we could have all timecards actually open at the same time to assure hours are in the correct days and ST/OT is correct by day also. Sometimes we have an employee with 3 timecards and still have to open each one to verify any issues.

Hi Dina,
If you have upgraded to version 1.20.2, your Timecard Approval page should automatically group all timecard templates by employee which will allow approvers to see the total for the pay period quickly.

We had to create custom SQL reports to accomplish this. It would be nice for this to be a standard feature.
This is similar to suggestion I-813 for weekly summaries in order to expeditiously review weekly time.

This feature will be merged with the others that are asking for a total line. This will appear on approvals and on entry. This item is planned for the near future.
