At the moment when a docket is received in keystyle it is automatically received and costed in the month when the transaction is entered. This is fine for most the month but when dockets are received at the end of the month it can cause issues. for example dockets are received on the 1st of july for hours or quantities received on the 30th of June are automatically costed to July which isn't correct. The only way to fix is to journal out manually. Would be resolved if the receiver could select the month that the receiving batch was posted to rather than defaulting to the current month.

Yes that would be good thanks Michael along with the ability to move the posted batch from one month to another to avoid the need manually correct.
Would the ideal be to show a batch month and default it to the current month, but allow the user to change the month if needed?
