We receive a file from the bank weekly with new transactions to upload into the Expense platform for reconciliation. It would be nice to have the option to enable a notification to the card holders that they have new expenses to reconcile when this file is uploaded. Without any notification to repeatedly annoy the employee that they must reconcile the transactions, there is really nothing in the system to let them know that theses transactions exist.
It would also be nice to adopt the same Green/Red indicators that Approvals have in the Navigation to catch the eye of the user that they have unreconciled credit card transactions to review

I added a new idea to this request (suggestion below). I believe the credit card companies should be able to push out the transaction files to the Viewpoint cloud. Viewpoint could then automatically import. I realize this could be a longer term (road map) project but would be some very nice automation.

The Expense Module would be more automated if Credit Card Transaction do not have to be manually imported. Most Credit Card companies will automatically push out a transaction file. This file could automatically be received in the Viewpoint Cloud and an import job could be developed to bring in to the Expense Module.
