We are expanding our utilization of Keystyle for this years open enrollment and am adding 10 new benefit codes. Of those ten, 4 are Voluntary benefit codes that have no contingencies (ee can select any combination of options) and two sets of 3 that where a user can't select option 3 without selection option 1.
As it stands now, I will need to group have 8 separate benefit types. Six for the voluntary non-contingent codes and 2 more for those with contingencies. That means users will need to click Decline/Keep/Confirm 8 separate times. I'm mildly dreading having to explain that to ees who will need to go through that just to decline those offerings.
It would be great if I could group the 4 together these together so that they could select multiple or none as desired; and group the two 3 part options together to allow picking of any option except for code 3 which is dependent on selection of code 1.
We are working on set-up currently, but won't be doing final testing until Sep/Oct 2019. . . That's plenty of time to make this adjustment, right?
