All tables should have insert and update audits with login data for actions taken by anyone changing entries, group memberships, portal settings, etc. We had someone remove all employees from the Manage Benefits Assignment group causing our benefits dashboard to return no results. We have employees who delete their own timecard lines then can't figure out why they didn't get paid. Category chosen is Employee Tools but this should apply to all categories.

Also the Checklist needs audit when it is being deleted or send out email notifications.
100% agree with this suggestion and would add to it the "Send Reminder Email" from the Timecard Dashboard. We recently had an email go out to hundreds of employees in one PR Group but was unable to tell where it came from. We've also had employee group permissions deleted by a payroll admin. There needs to be better auditing in the portal so issues like this can easily be traced.

This is a HUGE GAP, and the larger the environment becomes the bigger the gap and possibility for major screw-ups, even if unintentional. I entered a new suggestion before I found this one. I think ALL admin portal settings should audited too.

This absolutely needs to happen. All tables in KDS-HRIM should be audited for Insert/Update/Delete. VP has more than enough votes to consider this.
Adding one more comment, the auditing on Portal setting changes should report what the setting was before/after plus by whom, when etc.
We had a person delete an employee group, which was a work stoppage from a time card entry standpoint. We need auditing on employee group creation, changes etc. Further all of the portal i.e. portal settings etc. should all be logged a single change could bring down the entire platform without logging there'd be no way to educate, isolate troubleshoot etc.
I'd definitely see value in adding an audit report for specific sections of HFF (especially Portal Settings and Approval Permissions) with a possible notification email (daily or weekly) to help stay on top of changes and to help catch 'unauthorized' changes (or mistakes) as they happen.
