We would like to see an added administrative user level that is just for an HR administrator who can unlock a locked user's account or issue a password reset. So instead of them being a security admin and have the ability to do all the things a Security Admin can do, we could really use an administrative setting that would only allow them to unlock accounts and reset passwords. Nothing else. Call it an Account Unlock admin. For those of us who are required to show tighter securities due to being public held and under SOX internal controls regiments, this would be a nice way to give our field locations some flexibility to help employees with this versus someone at corporate who is a security admin.

I agree with this. I might also add for the next level of security be able to accept an outside user (not currently listed in HR). We outsource our help desk function and it would be nice if they could get the locked user notification.
