We'd like the ability to email a copy of the Processed PO to an external vendor directly from our PO Dashboard.
Why would this be useful: Often times, our PM's & Supt's are emailing a PDF copy of the completed field purchase order to the vendor for record. IF this feature was in place, they could do so right from the PO Dasboard.
Suggestion Solution: Add "email PO" function where you can currently download the PDF and DOC files. Simple solution to email from the system. Possibly even after selecting the "email PO" button, your default email software would pull up.

This is standard functionality in other Purchasing systems. Requiring users to generate a pdf, save it, open an email, drag/attach the item, populate the vendor address, etc. Its a huge waste of time.
This is a necessity in my opinion. We just tried to have a custom ssrs report requested that added the attachments so we could at least combine everything into on report when printing but that is a no go. It would make complete sense to be able to email from the dashboard where it opened up an email and added the report and attachments.
Having to go to Vista to Create & Send is a buzz killer after creating a PO so easily and effortlessly in the portal. We feel the need to go to Vista, rather than render and attach the pdf from the portal to an email, due to PM Firm contacts integration and Distribution tracking. We've been asking for this since 7/27/17. Help!
We'd like to add a copy of the PO pdf to the notifier either that or when raising the PO include the Vendor email contact and once approved the PO is automatically processed and emailed directly to the email contact on the PO Header
We do this in Vista currently in the PM Purchase Order form and would love to be able to email the PO to the vendor in Keystyle. We'd also like the option of adding a CC distribution list as some projects require the Owners to be included in the emails.
