When admin rejects a Personal Info Update, the employee does not receive an email notifier and does not know to take additional action.
Many business cases, but one which occurs frequently: we require a current COI from every employee with certain limits dependent on their driver type. Very often, they submit the wrong document (an insurance card vs a declarations page showing limits) or submit a declarations page with limits below our requirements. When we reject the submission, there is no notice to the employee, so an email, phone call or text is required by the reviewer for follow up.
Please create a rejection notifier with the rejecter's note to the employee who submitted the personal info update.

There is a rejection notice built into the portal already. But for us the SQL Job related to that notice was turned off. We had to have Tech Support turn it on for us. So submit a ticket and ask them to turn on the SQL JOB for the rejection email notifier.
My issue is that in the rejection form there is a note for documenting why the item is being rejected. That note is not saved anywhere in the system where HR or PR could get to it and see the rejection notes. That seems odd to me!
The notes do show on email notice. But HR and PR do not have access to the email logs of the portal. Can that rejection note be saved somewhere so that HR or PR can get to it?
Hey Melissa,
Your portal should be sending out the rejection emails already. Can you create a support case so our team can help you get this resolved?
