Our employees report the Plant/Pit, material and loads hauled on a Job on their time cards. We have a custom stored procedure in Payroll to enter this information in Time card entry and then batch it directly into Materials Sales Ticket entry. It pulls all of the payroll information in, (Date, Employee, Job, Phase, Equipment, Hours) and really saves time by having it with Payroll. We have this functionality on the Time card in the Employee Portal. This functionality is needed on the mobile app as well.
