We like to have some simple group message templates set up in advance so that we can simply initiate a group message, select the template and send. In cases where, the office may be closed due to inclement weather, or even if there's an emergency and the building needs to be evacuated, we could have a predetermined message with meeting points, etc. already built it to save time sending out critical messages.

This is a fun idea. Lets see how many votes we can get for it. There are a lot of great areas in the portal we are working on, and this is a nice enhancement. Let's see what the community thinks of it.
