Because we ask our employees and manager to answer the same review questions on an appraisal template, we'd like for them to be able to view the responses together - so they can view each response to the same question, without having to download the employee one, if you are working on the manager one, for example. We'd also like to have the ability to print the responses together, or at the very least have them collated into a single file.

This would be nice for managers who want to receive their employees self evals before the formal eval meeting.
