We typically have the employee and manager each complete the appraisals on their own and then meet to discuss them. In some cases, yes, the manager could bring a laptop or mobile device to review and make changes online, but sometimes these meetings are over lunch where a device is not brought and some of our managers also still like to print a copy to take to the meeting. We'd like to be able to print a copy while it's in the draft form. It can even be watermarked to say "draft" or "incomplete" or "not official" so that manager's can review it, make notes, and then come back to the system to make edits and finalize.

Printing copies would be very helpful for field employees
This would be very helpful in our performance appraisal process.
In addition, a lot of our review may occur on a jobsite where we might not have reliable connection. Be able to print a draft review would help in these cases.
