Right now if there is a change to an employee's class in Vista, the app will still submit their time as their old class until the app is manually refreshed. It would be very helpful for it to be able to choose a sync schedule so this process can be automated. Otherwise guys will have to remember to refresh their app everyday to make sure all their information is up to date.

We do have Class editing disabled. Since there are so many issues with the app we currently have our guys using grid timecard to enter their time. The issue in there is foreman can still manage to change employees class when they copy time. There is a check box ���Use Employee default Craft / Class��� if this gets unchecked employees will get payed the incorrect wage. We would like to completely block any ability to change class.
I have another suggestion on this very issue called ���Block change of craft/class when copying time.���

Are you allowing employee's to select their class on the app or is this impacting the employee default classes? In the 1.19.7 release, if you have class editing disabled, the timecard lines will use the class that exists in Vista at the time they are submitted.
