During onboarding, the PDFs that are setup as "embedded and secure" have a link to easily download them at the top.

We need to disable the ability for the user to download a document (View only).
This is a critical issue we need resolved to move forward with on boarding.
When a document is set to be secure during onboarding, it shouldn't have a download link to the file. To my understanding, that makes the file unsecured. Can we remove the link to the file? See screenshots of the set up.
