Add Meter Readings to Jobsite Assets board

Our field supervision currently fills out a manual spreadsheet every week with hour and mile readings for the equipment they have on their job. A great benefit would be to have "update meters" button on the jobsite assets board, so the foreman can simply click this and update the meters whenever they want.

Definitely - the access to enter meter readings now is TOO HARD! It needs to be more like Progress Entry!!!
