A number of us work on multiple projects throughout the day and jump back and forth from one project to the other. The current input method is more a summary of the day as opposed to an active input.
If we could use a spreadsheet to do our time tracking and then import the sheet into the system, we would not have to go through data entry twice. This would mean we would need to be able to pull data from the webpage to get project names, etc.
I did not really like picking yesterday as when I need it, but the sooner the better to be able to smoothly manage my input of data to the timesheet.
The other option would be to rework the entire method of data entry to allow us to track which project we are working on throughout the day on a quarter hour basis.

Need to import payroll via CSV
I do not see the option for the punch system or the Vista standard in the webpage features for what I am able to access.

Hi Rory,
If you need to track it based on hours, have you tried using the punch system with jobs? this allows you to punch in and select a job. You can then switch jobs at any time and the system will record the hours you worked against the first job. This might be a good solution for you.
The portal does not have any plans to import a csv to the timecard entry system. If you wish to upload time entry via csv, Vista standard will allow this.
