It would be very helpful to have a dashboard or a report that allows for Management to see employees currently clocked-in employees in real time. With the dashboard, it would be great if it could display all clocked-in employees for the entire company. Then have an option to drill down to specific projects or even displaying multiple projects at one time.
A tool like this will help Superintendents verify their employees are clocked-in correctly at the start of a shift. It can also be helpful to determine if employees clocked-out at the end of their shift as well.

Yes, this is a needed feature for other companies, any situation which requires a roll-call of on-site employees would be greatly simplified if our timeclock employees could quickly be accounted for this way.
The timeclock feature does not write lines to Vista until an employee clocks in so a report run against the PR Time Entry batch doesn't show currently clocked-in employees. Is this stored somewhere else in Vista or is there a portal database table that could be used for a custom report?
Thanks for the additional detail. We will review this as we work towards on our clock solution. Clocking is an important feature to us and one that is at the top of the list on our roadmap. Regarding the ability to print a report per job on who is clocked in, this is a feature we will review in more detail. If you need this feature immediately, a report will give you what you need today. Regarding how the report works, it would pull from Vista data. Anything from Field Management (aka keystyle) writes back to vista. Creating a report from the vista data to list all employees on a job in a given day is an easy way to get what you need.
From a longer term strategy, we will evaluate this item and see how we can best incorporate it into our standard feature set. Looking forward to seeing more votes on this item.

Thank you for responding. We're not familiar on how to go about writing reports through Keystyle. I disagree that this is something specific to us rather it's a safety related feature. When we are working on a project and an emergency arises, for example a tornado, we need to know who is clocked in currently so when we do a "role call" we know who is accounted for. This will go for most companies that are in these situations. I can provide more examples if needed.
