We are preparing to release the HR Management Module to staff and identifying areas that are inaccessible or unclear for staff, we discovered that Canadian clients cannot properly use this section and are not getting the same value as US clients by not being able to complete the same fields US clients have access to. Canadian clients should not have to have areas visible that they cannot complete, or more practically the system should be fully configured for Canadian clients so that all areas can be populated in either USA or Canada.

Thanks for sending this suggestion in. I'd like to clarify it. In the portal, you can turn off the withholding section if you do not want to display it. You can also pick field by field which fields are visible to an employee and which field can be submitted for update. Is there something missing that you would like to see?
