We have job activities that we track for administrative purposes only and have a special numbering system. It would be helpful if there was a way to restrict these jobs from show up as available on the grid time card. They use the same labor cost type as our normal jobs.

Create the lookup you need for the web and set it to load sequence 0. You can deactivate this in Vista. The portal will load up the lowest sequence regardless of the active/inactive. This will give you what you need.

Hey Wendy,
The job dropdown in the grid timecard is governed by the lookup in Vista. Change your vista lookup to exclude these jobs and they will be removed from the web.
