Currently once time is submitted through mobile app, the daily grid timesheet is then locked in the mobile app from editing. Overhead log into the Portal, and go to Timecard Approval for review. Select the "Review/approve" button to open individual timecard. IF THE TIME IS INCORRECT, the red "Reject" button is selected. When this happens, the time REMAINS in Vista batch, but it disappears from the Portal. However, the mobile app users timecard REMAINS LOCKED. Upon attempting to log off/log on to the app, previously entered time (which was rejected) also disappears and timesheet is no longer present. So two issues: (1) TIME BEING REJECTED DISAPPEARS in the portal yet remains open in Vista --- after rejection, there is no way to edit or delete this time in the portal. It seems the only way is having to call AP department which wastes time and, as with all these other app errors, greatly detracts from productivity (2) TIME BEING REJECTED disappears in the mobile app and/or it REMAINS LOCKED from editing. If it is being rejected the Foreman does not have the opportunity or responsibility to re-enter corrected time.

STRONGLY want this capability. We want a unified/simplified end user experience for our employees and having to move to the Portal at certain points in the workflow is very confusing to them.
Adding a comment in hopes people read this suggestion. If time is denied there is no way to edit it; that is ridiculous.
