A screen similar to the one in Standard timecards when approving time submitted in a grid timecard, currently it is difficult for an approver to see a comprehensive view of the time for an employee and how they answered the submission questions for time entered through grid timecards.

Exactly. Showing all hours entered on a grid so the time enterer can make sure the entire time for the employee is complete for the week, even if the hours were entered by a different foreman on a non-shared template.
