We need Change Orders and Change Order contract Items to be added into the progress entry forms on the portal. We create change orders and then complete parts of the Change order at different times. If it were in progress entry section on the portal it would make it so my managers would be able to bill change orders in whole and partially when needed like all other contract items. The way it is currently there is no way for my field managers to bill for change orders/change order items.

Thanks for sending this in. I think I originally thought you were referencing JC Progress entry, not JB Progress Billing. Progress Billing is in review for a development, I hope this gets votes so we can accelerate bringing progress billing to the web.

Sure. It would look something like the Portal Progress Entry I attached at the bottom in red is my suggestion. I also attached what the PM Progress Entry looks like currently in Vista as well as the PM Contracts page in Vista with my various Change Order Items. We bill various parts of change orders as we complete them, the ability for my managers in the field to enter progress into change order items would be extremely helpful as they are the people who know what we have/have not completed.
