We need a quick and simple way to determine which users are using a license for Financial Control and Field. If it shows using 4, if that became a hyperlink then listed those users, we can quickly and easily know who is using what (in cases where an employee doesn't get inactived or we need to reassign an invoice review to someone else etc).

Unfortunately it still only shows what license is being used at that very moment. If we export the licenses in the morning, then a few more invoices are inputted into Vista for other reviewers, the # of licenses increases. It will never show how many in total you have (or will ever use by who is setup).

In our April 2020 Release, we added a Export License Audit report to the portal settings of the portal that shows which users are consuming which licenses and what access they currently have.
Please let me know what you think of this feature!
It would also be very helpful to show licenses remaining per type ie 5/25 Financial Controls, 6/10 Field Management etc. If we had to move a user from a PO Field to PO Financial Controls if we run short this would be very helpful.
