We would like to see the security for applicant tracking and onboarding split. Currently we have multiple managers/offices where it would benefit to have security to onboarding, enabling them to help new employees we are bringing on, scanning documents, license, etc. While keeping the applicant tracking security separate for the HR Admin.

We already have a great way to split out these permissions. Go to the Hiring Process Builder > Select an Onboarding Profile > Setup > Manage Hiring Lotions. When you add an employee group to a location, you can restrict their access to a View, View & Invite, or View, Invite & Initialize permissions which is only for the Onboarding Dashboard. You'll want to make sure the users that you add these permissions too are not setup with any Applicant Tracking or Onboarding Admin permissions as well or they will still see the Applicant Tracking pages.
