When an employee requests time off they can enter a reason in the notes field. Right now, only the approver sees these notes. However, when our payroll mgr receives the confirmation that it's been approved, that field does not show up in the email. This would be extremely helpful as often times the notes are directed to payroll but they can't see them without logging into the portal. It's an extra step we would like to eliminate.

For email, we would prefer the NOTES field to be included in all emails that are triggered when the request is submitted
