Input mode settings should be by "benefit code" and not "benefit type".

Currently, the bypass to have both setting for 401(k) input mode "A" for flat amount and "F" for percentage amount, the benefit codes must be separated into two benefit types (although they are one type). By doing so, you lose the option to allow user to only choose one or the other. The "Dependent Benefit Code Configuration" feature doesn't allow the same interface as when two benefit code are the same benefit type since a user cannot view both options at once. A user with an existing code A would have to cancel code "A" election in order to view code "B". Having 401k in two benefit types run in a problem of user selecting both options.
