Why: new hires may want to refer back to completed onboarding documents following their transition into the company.
Who would benefit: new hires, HR, hiring managers and beyond. Great way to push new hires back to information they've already completed in the hiring process.
How: once the new hire moves through onboarding, HR will initialize them to Vista to create the HR/PR record. As a new hire employee, they will now have access to our portal. We suggest adding "Onboarding Documents" under "Employee Tools" which would mimic the onboarding steps and documents they completed already. This would allow for easy access back to those files. Otherwise, you could somehow link the Vista HR/PR attachments that were pushed from onboarding to Vista back up to the portal for their access.
Each employee would only be able to retrieve their documents.

Documents signed during on boarding should show up in the doc library. Are you referring to forms that are not showing up?
