** See attached email below from the I-9 Team stating that this is REQUIRED legally!
We are starting to use the Onboarding process with Keystyle and Vista. The stock I-9 report works well after a few updates. But the report is three pages long. The first page says page 1 of 3. The second page says page 2 of 3. But the third page does not print or show?
My HR department feels that we need that third page even if it is only instructions for the first two pages. They say legally they want the full document for our records. Has anyone asked about this before? They will not budge on getting the full form on the PDF before they will use the onboarding full time. Can we get that third page to print with the rest of the I-9?
Same with the W-4. The VISTA report only gives the first of four pages. My HR department says that legally they need the first two pages as a minimum. Can you give us the option of loading all the pages, even if the additional pages are just instructions?

Wahoo! Thank you for sharing. This was great collaboration.
I am impressed by the quick response to this. Thank you!!
They sent me an new version of the I-9 and it works great, including the extra pages HR needed!
For the W-4 they are not adding the extra pages, although my HR manager still insists that it is required even after seeing the clips that Viewpoint sent. -- The fix is that we are adding the extra pages as a separate form behind the W-4. It includes the extra W-4 pages and the new hire signs that he saw these pages. That satisfies my HR department and seems to resolve the issue.
I'm calling this one done. The official I-9 may not be released until the next update but it worked well for us!
Thank you.
A followup on this. Only page 1 of the W4 will be included. Per the instruction on page one of the W4: "Separate here and give Form W-4 to your employer. Keep the worksheet(s) for your records." All pages of the I9 will be included.
Thanks for writing this in. We will add this per the request. I'll reach out to your IT team and give you an early release.
Stay awesome
I contacted the Federal Agency that handles the I-9 and they emailed that this is REQUIRED to keep the third page. See the email below.
