When "keep existing selection" is selected user still need to re-confirmed already covered dependent and assigned beneficiary. If user bypass the prompted screen and did not select the existing covered dependent then Vista will inactive dependent after admin approved the request. This make the approval process more time consuming than paper application. If "keep existing" is selected it should not show up in the request approval window. I have 300 transactions to approve but in reality it's only 25 employees who requested changes.

We list our beneficiaries as beneficiaries NOT dependents. While in the Open Enrolment benefit window in the Employee Portal if they beneficiaries are not RE-TYPED they are wiped out completely. Can this be fixed
